DIY Spider and Ghost Halloween Sweatshirt
Costumes are not the only way to celebrate Halloween. Celebrate the season with this adorable DIY Spider and Ghost Halloween sweatshirt made using fabric paints and our downloadable stencil.
Materials Needed:
BI15784 Glacier White
BI15787 Mandarin Orange
BI15797 Lime
BI15799 Holiday Green
BI15823 Yellow
Miscellaneous
3/4″ flat brush
Shirtboard or piece of cardboard
Sweatshirt, purple
Transfer paper
Instructions:
For best results, please read all instructions before beginning project. Refer to photo for color and design placement.
Download the Pattern – Right click on the design and save to your computer.
1. Prewash garment. Transfer pattern to garment.
2. As you fill in the shapes with paint, don’t paint all the way to the pattern lines. This will leave a border of purple that shows from the sweatshirt.
Fill in shapes as follows:
Yellow: Moon and background of pumpkin, eyes and mouth of spider.
Mandarin Orange: Pumpkin, background of moon
Lime: Top of pumpkin, background of spider, dots around ghost
Glacier White: Ghost
Holiday Green: Accents around spider and pumpkin top, background behind ghost.
