Spook guests and passers-by with a Graveyard in your front yard.
Create a cemetery in the front yard. Use wood or Styrofoam and cut out grave markers. Spray paint them gray, and use a permanent marker to write on names and R.I.P. Put wire into the bottom of the Styrofoam and push it into the ground.
You can add to the spookiness, by pushing old shoes half-way into the ground at the end of a grave marker.
